The seller has customer support and is willing to do what is possible. The shipping was free, received my sun visor within 3 days. Order on a Friday, received it on Wednesday. The packaging was perfect, it fit in box and was secured in placed. Photos and description were as described. i was not confuse with what I was purchasing. No sign of wear and tears, works as it should. The seller was more than reasonable with the value than others.

Shipping was fair price, Packaging was excellent, he wrapped the entire speaker in aluminum foil and in the box came thick paper and bubble wrap to hold it together in the box. Ordered this without color in the description thinking it was beige. This is my own color sight problem, as it is pictured in the listing, and I just couldn't tell.
