The seller has customer support and is willing to do what is possible. The shipping was free, received my sun visor within 3 days. Order on a Friday, received it on Wednesday. The packaging was perfect, it fit in box and was secured in placed. Photos and description were as described. i was not confuse with what I was purchasing. No sign of wear and tears, works as it should. The seller was more than reasonable with the value than others.

Ordered this without color in the description thinking it was beige. This is my own color sight problem, as it is pictured in the listing, and I just couldn't tell. Sent message asking if they also had a beige color I could buy, and implied I did NOT expect a refund. Because the mistake was mine.
